Gao Gao Pu Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Shunping County, Baoding City, located in the southeastern part of Shunping County, bordering with Mancheng District and Qingyuan District of Baoding City in the southeast, neighboring Wangdu County in the southwest, Puyang Town in the west, and Gashan Town in the north. The jurisdiction has a maximum distance of 10.56 km from east to west and 12.42 km from north to south, with a total area of 67.29 square kilometers.At the end of 2018, Gao Gao Pu Township had a total household population of 54,076. In 1953, it was Gao Gao Pu Township.In 1958, it belonged to Yong Lu Commune.In 1984, it was changed to Wang Gao Zhuang Township.In 1995, Wang Gao Zhuang Township was abolished, and Gao Gao Pu Township was re-established.
