Gaolan County, belongs to Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. Located in central Gansu, it is bordered by Baiyin District and Yuchong County in the east, Chengguan District and Anning District in the south, Yongdeng County and Xigu District in the west, and Jingtai County in the north, with a total area of 1,680.53 square kilometers. Gaolan County has a long history and culture, known as the "famous clan from ancient Gaolan" reputation. Han, set up Jincheng County. Lanzhou Taiping Drums and Lanzhou Drums are listed as national intangible cultural heritages, and it is the hometown of Taiping Drums, the hometown of Chinese folk culture and art, and the national model county of urban-rural transportation integration.
