Lanzhou Yan'erwan Logistics Park is subordinate to Gansu Provincial Transportation and Logistics Development Group Co. It has the important functions of LTL distribution and freight transportation, warehousing and distribution at the east entrance and exit of Lanzhou City. The park is located in the north side of Yan'erwan Road in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City, at the intersection of G22 Qinglan Expressway Viaduct and 351-2# Road, east of National Highway 312, and only 20 meters away from the east entrance/exit of Lanzhou City on Qinglan Expressway, which has a significant advantage in transportation location. The park covers a total area of 74.7 acres (about 49,800 square meters), and is divided into two major functional areas, with a clear layout for intensive management.

Site 1: covers an area of about 68.7 acres (about 45,800 square meters), including: 5 warehouses (about 7,800 square meters), office buildings (about 136.3 square meters), vacant land area (about 37,800 square meters). 2024 investment in the construction of warehouses within the fire fighting facilities, the construction of a new fire fighting pool, equipped with a total of 19 groups of hydrants, as well as the park's sewerage system project upgrading and renovation.

Site 2: covers an area of about 6 acres (about 4,000 square meters), which can be used for loading and unloading of goods and parking of various types of transportation vehicles.
