Lanzhou New District Strategic Emerging Industries Incubation Base Project was completed and delivered by Lanzhou New District Chengtou Group Real Estate Company on October 30, 2017, and is now entrusted to Lanzhou New District Chengtou Real Estate Property Co., Ltd. for operation, which is located at the intersection of Yili River Street Auxiliary Road and Yanshan Road of Lanzhou New District with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, each factory building contains upper and lower two-storey annexes (the area of all annexes is 338 square meters). Each factory building contains two floors of annexes (all annexes are 338 square meters), all of which are one floor above the ground for class C workshops, with supporting office buildings and apartment buildings, some of which are equipped with 10-ton and 15-ton trucks, and natural gas pipelines have been connected to the factory, which will be installed by the enterprises themselves according to their production needs. There are 29 factory buildings available for use, with a total area of about 57,000 square meters.
