Tuling Town, belonging to Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, is located in the southwestern part of Quangang District, adjacent to Jieshan Town, Nampu Town and Qianhuang Town in the east, bordering with Rimchuan Town and Zishan Town in Hui'an County in the south, connecting with Mazia Town of Luogang District in the west, and bordering with Xianyou County of Putian City in the north, with an area of 133.84 square kilometers of administrative area. As of the end of 2019, the household population was 56,901.
During the Song Dynasty, it belonged to Chengshan Township.In 1996, it was reorganized as Tuling Township and belonged to Xiao Chu Economic Development Management Committee.In 2000, it belonged to Quan Gang District. As of June 2020, Tu Ling Town has 1 community and 21 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located at 237 Tu Ling Street.
