In order to further expand the overall scale of the hotel industry in our region, promote the rapid agglomeration of hotels, and vigorously promote the high-quality development of the hotel industry in our region, combined with the actuality of our region, the development of this measure:

I. Policy Measures

(a) support for new hotels into operation, on January 1, 2024 onwards new into operation (including trial operation) of the hotel, the number of rooms 50-99, a one-time incentive of 1 million yuan; the number of rooms 100-149, a one-time incentive of 1.5 million yuan; the number of rooms 150 (including) more than one-time incentive of 2 million yuan.  

(B) support for the hotel industry enterprises "down to up", on January 1, 2024 from the new entry of the hotel industry enterprises in the next year to give a one-time subsidy of 100,000 yuan.

(3) encourage the hotel has been unified to carry out the expansion, since the date of implementation of this measure, the expansion of the hotel into operation after the number of new rooms in the hotel in the 50 (including) more than 10,000 yuan subsidies will be given to each guest room, the maximum amount of subsidies does not exceed 1 million yuan.

(D) in line with the current market demand for cultural tourism and leisure in the number of rooms in the high-end boutique hotels below 50 to be encouraged and supported, the relevant measures are developed separately. Support measures introduced before the station or the implementation of high-end, boutique transformation and upgrading of the project to take a one-issue study.

Second, other matters

(a) independent land supply of hotel projects in accordance with the "Office of the People's Government of Quanzhou City on the issuance of a number of measures to promote the development of high-end hotels in downtown areas of Quanzhou City, the clustering of measures of the notice" (Quanzhengban 〔2023〕 No. 25). 2023] No. 25), and will not repeat this measure.

(b) The main body of the declaration should obtain the public security department of the hotel industry special industry licenses, the relevant incentives in the hotel to be given after the realization of the system.

(3) The declaring unit or legal representative must not have any illegal production safety behavior, no black and evil behavior, no breach of trust in the current year.

(d) for the reporting unit (individual) in the process of applying for policy funds, there are fraudulent fraud, arbitrage policy funds and other violations of law and discipline, the policy authorities, the financial sector has the right to follow the rules and regulations to cancel its enjoyment of the policy funds qualifications, recover fraudulent, arbitrage policy funds.

(E) the same enterprise in the same year, the same project in line with the region's various support policies of a number of support policy incentives or the nature of similar provisions, according to the highest awards (standards) to give awards, and do not repeat the enjoyment.

(F) This measure has been implemented since July 12, 2024, valid until December 31, 2026, by the District Science and Technology Economic Development Bureau to undertake specific interpretation.
