Yangli township, Minhou County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, under the jurisdiction of the township, is located in the northwest of Minhou County, east of Dahu Township, south and Baisha Township, small Ruo Township adjacent to the west of Minqing County, Dongqiao Township, Minqing County, north of the border with Minqing County, under the Zhu Township. The administrative area covers 151 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Yangli Township had a household population of 30016.
In April 1951, it was part of the 11th District.In April 1956, it was part of Xuefeng District.In July 1984, the commune was abolished and changed to a township system. As of June 2020, Yangli Township has 24 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. The People's Government of Yangli Township is located at No. 78, Middle Street, Huaqiao Village.
