Hetang Township, belonging to Gutian County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the eastern part of Gutian County's territory, depending on Sugiyang in the east, neighboring Zhuo Yang in the west, bordering Minhou and Luoyuan in the south, and Ningde and Luoyuan in the north.
