Yujia Town is located in the central northwest of Wanzhou District, neighboring Houshan Town in the east, Sunjia Town in the south and Bouncer Town in the north. The government seat is 60 kilometers away from the urban area and about 220 kilometers away from the main city of Chongqing. The township covers an area of 42.5 square kilometers, arable land of 21,706 acres, with a forest coverage rate of 43.2%. It has 3 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, 65 villagers' groups, with a total number of 2938 households and a total population of 10,536. Longchuan River flows through the western part of the township, and the whole township is a low mountainous and hilly area, with an altitude of 715-1003 meters above sea level, and the soil is dominated by fertile red-brown clay.
