Lujiang County, part of Hefei City, Anhui Province, is located in the central part of Anhui Province, south of Hefei City, bordering with Chaohu City and Wuwei City in the east, neighboring with Firyang County and Tongcheng City in the south, relying on Shucheng County in the west, and arriving at Feixi County in the north. Adjacent waters include Chaohu Lake and the Yangtze River. It lies between 30°57′-31°33′ north latitude and 117°01′-117°34′ east longitude, with a total area of 2,343.7 square kilometers. As of October 2022, Lujiang County has 3 streets and 17 towns under its jurisdiction, as well as 1 development zone and 1 living community. As of the end of 2022, the resident population of Lujiang County was 891,000 people.
Lujiang enjoys the "East China's first spring" Tangchi Hot Springs, Song Dynasty Wang Anshi came here to bathe after having left the "cold spring poem, only this boiling as steam" famous poem. Known as "the north of the Yangtze River small Jiuhua" known as the Yefu Mountain, because it is said to be the father of the spring and autumn period of sword casting Ou Yezi in the casting of swords here and named, is a national forest park.
