Zipeng Township, belonging to Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, is located in the central part of Feixi County, bordering Shangpai Township and Peach Blossom Township in the east, neighboring Huagang Township in the south, connecting Mingchuan Township and Guanting Township in the west, and Xiaomiao Township and Shushan Mountain District in the north, with an administrative area of 79.42 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Zipong Township had a household population of 30,850.
In January of the thirty-eighth year of the Republic of China (1949), Yongnong Township was established; in April of the same year, Nongxing Township was subdivided and belonged to Guanting District; in March 1992, Burning Vein Township was incorporated to build Nongxing Township; in December 2005, Nongxing Township was renamed Zipeng Township. As of June 2020, Zipong Township has 6 communities and 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township's people's government is located in Nongxing Street Community.
In 2019, Zipong Town has 190 industrial enterprises, of which 28 are above scale, and 26 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
