Huling Town, belonging to Ruian City, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the northwestern part of Ruian City, east of Taoshan Town, south and southwest of Mayu Town, GaoLou Town adjacent, northwest of Lishui City, Qingtian County, TangYang Township, north and northeast of the Ouhai District Zeya Town, QuXi Street, PanQiao Street. The administrative area covers 154.15 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Huling Township has a household population of 69,140.
During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Fangshan Township.In May 1992, it was merged with Kengyuan Township to form Huling Township.In April 2011, Yong'an Township, Guifeng Township, Fangzhuang Township, Linxi Township, Jinchuan Township, Chaoji Township, and Lumu Township were merged into Huling Township. As of October 2021, Huling Township has 1 community and 29 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
