Rui'an City, county-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, administered by Wenzhou City, is located in the middle of China's golden coastline, between the Shanghai Economic Zone and the Xiamen-Zhangquan Golden Triangle; as of the end of 2022, it had jurisdiction over 12 streets, 2 townships, and 9 towns, with a land area of 1,350 square kilometers, and a sea area of 3,037 square kilometers, and a citywide household population of 1,254,400 people.
