Wuhua District, belonging to Kunming, Yunnan Province, the seat of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, one of the five main urban areas of Kunming, because of the territory of the Wuhuashan named, located in the northwestern part of the main urban area of Kunming, the jurisdiction of the east of the Panlong River, and Panlong District, across the river; the south of the Western Hills District, adjacent; the west and Western Hills District, unity street border; the north-west of the county with the Fumin County, Songming County counties staggered and in the territory of the Fumin County, there are 2 enclaves (Xizhu street winding six, Wagong 2 communities), the area of 381.6 square kilometers, of which the built-up area of 40.86 square kilometers. Wuhua District terrain northwest high, southeast low, complex and varied topography, elevation 1670 ~ 2527 meters above sea level, the average elevation of 1887 meters. In 2021, the GDP of Wuhua District completed 135 billion yuan, up 7% year-on-year.
