Huayang Road Street is located in the northeastern part of Changning District, Shanghai, starting from Caojiadu in the east, bordering with Putuo and Jing'an Districts; to the west, it is the Pearl of the Light Railway, bordering with Zhoujiaqiao Street of this district; in the south, it is adjacent to West Yan'an Road Elevated, neighboring Xinhua Road Street of this district; and in the north, it is adjacent to Suzhou Creek, looking at the other side of the river with Putuo District. With an area of 2.04 square kilometers, there are 21 neighborhood committees, more than 25,000 households, 72,000 permanent residents and 11,000 foreigners.
