Wenyang Town, belonging to Feicheng City, Tai'an City, Shandong Province, is located in the southeastern part of Feicheng, bordering with Mazhuang Town in the east, Ningyang County in the south across the Dawen River, neighboring Anzhuang Town in the west, and adjoining Anzhuang Town and Bianyuan Town in the north, with an area of 79.5 square kilometers of the town's administrative area. As of the end of 2019, Wenyang Town had a household population of 76,913. In September 1958, Wenyang Commune was established.In January 1984, it was changed to Wenyang District.In November 1985, the district was withdrawn and Wenyang Town was established. As of June 2020, Wenyang Town has 53 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is located in Wudian Village. In 2015, the financial revenue of Wenyang Town increased by 36.8% year-on-year, of which, the industrial and commercial tax revenue increased by 6.4% year-on-year.
