Diantou Town, belonging to Linshu County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Linshu County, neighboring Daxing Town in the east, Shimen Town in the south, Caozhuang Town in the west, and bordering Linshu Street in the north, with an administrative area of 84.06 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the household population of Diantou Town was 53,297. Before the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the territory belonged to Suncheng County; in 2000, the township was withdrawn to establish Diantou Town; in January 2001, Guanzhuang Township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Diantou Town has 6 communities and 21 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located in South Diantou Village.
