Hejiang County, belonging to Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, is located in the combination of Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou, and the southern edge of the Sichuan Basin. It is bordered by Jiangyang District, Naxi District and Lu County in the west, Jiangjin District in Chongqing in the east, Yongchuan District in the north and Chishui City and Xishui County in Guizhou Province in the south. It covers an area of 2,414 square kilometers, with 19 towns and 2 streets.At the end of 2022, the total household population of Hejiang County was 876,900 people. Hejiang County was founded in the second year of Yuan Ding of the Western Han Dynasty (115 years ago), and is one of the three earliest counties in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. There are 54 kilometers of Yangtze River and 57 kilometers of Chishui River in Hejiang County, and two expressways, Yiluyu and Chengziluchi, run through the county. Tourism resources include the national forest park, provincial scenic spot Fubao tourist area, the Chinese historical and cultural towns of Fubao and Yaoba, and the thousand-year-old temple Fawang Temple. In 2022, Hejiang County realizes a regional GDP of 30.23 billion yuan, an increase of 4.1% over 2021 at comparable prices. Among them, the added value of primary industry is 5.07 billion yuan, up 4.2%; the added value of secondary industry is 14.12 billion yuan, up 4%; the added value of tertiary industry is 11.03 billion yuan, up 4.1%. The annual per capita disposable income of all residents was 28,300 yuan, an increase of 5.7% over 2021; the per capita consumption expenditure of all residents was 19,400 yuan, an increase of 4.7%.
