Xiaogan Town, belonging to Jingyang District, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwestern suburbs of Deyang City, east of the city's north street, south of the city's south street, southwest of the border with Tianyuan Town, west of Yangjia Town, northeast of the town of Huangshu as a neighbor, north of Dexin Town. The total area of the jurisdiction is 25.89 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Xiaogan Township had a household population of 32,079. In 1951, Xiaogan Township was established. in March 1994, the township was changed to a town. As of October 2019, Xiaogan Township has 2 communities and 6 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is stationed at No. 38 Cuizhu Street of the Residents' Committee of the field township.On December 12, 2019, Xiaogan Township and Chengbei Street were abolished and Xiaogan Street was set up, with the administrative area belonging to the former Xiaogan Township and the former Chengbei Street as the administrative area of Xiaogan Street.
