Jingyang District, belongs to Deyang City, Sichuan Province. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Deyang City. Located on the northeast edge of the Chengdu Plain, it is situated between latitude 31°05'-31°20' north and longitude 104°15'-104°33' east. It is adjacent to Zhongjiang County in the east, Mianzhu City in the west, Luojiang District in the north and Guanghan City in the south, with a total area of 648 square kilometers.
