Xinmin field town (withdrawn), formerly under the PI District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwestern part of PI District, east and three Doyan town connected to the south and PI streets adjacent to the west and the town of Tangchang, Anderson town adjacent to the north and the town of Tangyuan border. In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Xinminchang Town was 10,530 yuan.
