Pingle Town, belonging to Qionglai City, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southwestern part of Qionglai City, east and Wolong Township, Kongming Township adjacent to the south and Daozuo Township, Linji Township bordering the west according to the oil press township, fire wells, north of the town of Shukou. The town has a total area of 79.27 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the household population of Pingluo Township was 35,258. In 1950, Pingle Township was changed to a township.In April 1983, the township was changed to a township.In May 1993, the name was changed to Pingle Township.In September 2004, Xiaba Township was merged into Pingle Township, and Pingle Street was added.In May 2008, 2 villages of Riding Dragon and Fan Dian from Linji Township were transferred into it.
