Fine River District, belonging to Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the central part of Fuxin City, bordering Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the east, north and west, and neighboring Haizhou District and Taiping District in the south, with a total area of 126 square kilometers.
