Dibingshan City, county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, administered by Tieling City, with a total area of 263 square kilometers. Dibingshan belongs to the north temperate zone, semi-humid monsoon continental climate zone, four seasons, climate change is obvious. As of October 2022, Zhaobingshan City has three towns and two streets under its jurisdiction, with the municipal government stationed in the streets of Zhaobingshan.In 2023, Zhaobingshan City had a total population of 212,000 people, of which 184,000 were urban and 28,000 were rural. Dibingshan is named after "Dibingshan Mountain" in its territory. In 2022, the GDP of Zhaobingshan City amounted to 12.06 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 0.1% at constant prices, 0.9 percentage points lower than that of Tieling City. The completion amount ranked fourth among all counties and municipalities in Tieling, and the growth rate ranked sixth.
