Dibingshan City, county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, administered by Tieling City, with a total area of 263 square kilometers. Dibingshan belongs to the north temperate zone, semi-humid monsoon continental climate zone, four seasons, climate change is obvious. As of October 2022, Zhaobingshan City has three towns and two streets under its jurisdiction, with the municipal government stationed in the streets of Zhaobingshan.In 2023, Zhaobingshan City had a total population of 212,000 people, of which 184,000 were urban and 28,000 were rural.
Dibingshan is named after "Dibingshan Mountain" in its territory. Qing Guangxu thirty-two years (1906), managed to Kumen Fuding Hall, Tibingshan, Daming and other villages and towns into the jurisdiction of the Faku Hall. 1981, approved by the State Council, Tieling County, Faku County, a part of each of the administrative areas set up Tifa City. 2002, approved by the State Council, renamed Dibingshan City.
Dibingshan City is a new coal industry city, the country's top 100 county economy, the national garden city, the national scientific and technological progress in advanced counties and cities, the national recycling economy demonstration cities (counties) to create areas. Within the jurisdiction of the city, there are attractions such as Iron and Coal Steam Locomotive Museum (National AAAA Grade Tourist Attractions) and Tieling Mountain Scenic Area (National AAA Grade Tourist Attractions). Among them, Dibingshan Scenic Area within the Mingyue Zen Temple for the three northeastern provinces of the famous Buddhist shrine, the Woods City by the Liaoning Provincial Tourism Bureau as "one of the four major Liao Jin ancient architecture".
In 2022, the GDP of Zhaobingshan City amounted to 12.06 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 0.1% at constant prices, 0.9 percentage points lower than that of Tieling City. The completion amount ranked fourth among all counties and municipalities in Tieling, and the growth rate ranked sixth.
