Pingjiang County, belongs to Yueyang City, Hunan Province. It is located in the northeastern part of Hunan Province, upstream of Miluo River, bordered by Xiushui County and Tonggu County in the east, Miluo City in the west, Liuyang City and Changsha County in the south, and Tongcheng County and Yueyang County in the north, with a total area of 4,125 square kilometers.
