Ning'an Town, belonging to Ning'an City, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of Ning'an City, the resident of Ning'an Municipal People's Government, bordering with Jiangnan Korean Manchu Township and Langang Township in the east and south, neighboring with Haosaiwang Township in the west, and Wenchun Township of Xi'an District, Mudanjiang City in the north. The town government is located at No.101 Tongjiang Road. The area is 158.35 square kilometers. In 2018, the household population of Ning'an Township was 28,405.
