Huashan Township, belonging to Bayan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeastern part of Bayan County, adjacent to Zhendong Township in the east, separated by the Shaoling River in the south and Bayan Township and Longquan Township, connected to Xijizheng Township in the west, and Longmiao Township and Wuxing Township in the north.In 2018, the region covers an area of 148.87 square kilometers, with a household population of 25,256 people.
In the twenty-eighth year of the Republic of China (1939), the village of Tongda was set up.In August 1958, the 2 townships of Huashan and Tongda were merged into the Huashan Commune, and in February 1984, the commune was changed into a township.
