Wangcun Town, belonging to Muoye District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located in the northwestern part of Muoye District, east to Dongwangcun (including Dongwangcun), south to the Weihu River along the coast bordering the western part of Weibin District, west to Hehe Township, Xinxiang County, north to Genghuang Township, Dajie Township of Fengquan District, and northeast to Muoye Township, with a total regional area of 24.02 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Wangcun Town had a household population of 58,795. At the time of Shang, it was part of the Gui Nei land; in 1995, it was changed from Wangcun Township to Wangcun Town. As of October 31, 2021, Wangcun Town has 3 communities and 18 administrative villages under its jurisdiction; the town's people's government is located at No. 10, West Construction Road, Lizhuang.
