Dingluan Town, belonging to Changyuan City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located 12 kilometers north of Changyuan County, neighboring Fangli Town in the east, Shejia Town in the northeast, and adjoining with Slide County in the north. The town has a total area of 49 square kilometers. As of 2018, Dingluan Town has a total population of 53,000, with 300 ethnic minorities (Hui). Dingluan Commune was established in 1958, changed to a township in 1983, and set up as a town in 1994. As of October 2019, Dingluan Town has 34 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. In 2018, Dingluan Town actually completed the gross regional product of 2.69 billion yuan, completed the fiscal revenue of 78,721,200 yuan, and the per capita net income of residents was 20,360.6 yuan.
