Hongqi District, belonging to Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located in the southeastern part of Xinxiang City, between 113°23′-114°59′ east longitude, 34°53′-35°50′ north latitude, is one of the central urban areas of Xinxiang City. North and Muye District, Weihui City junction; West and Weibin District than neighboring; South and Xinxiang County border; East and Yanjin County adjacent to the area of 154 square kilometers, belongs to the warm temperate continental monsoon type climate.
