Hubin District, belonging to Sanmenxia City, Henan Province; located in the western part of Henan Province; is the seat of the Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, as well as the city's political, trade, financial and cultural center, Hubin District is a hilly mountainous area in western Henan, belonging to the warm-temperate zone continental monsoon climate, with four seasons, a mild climate and abundant sunshine, with a total area of 185 square kilometers, as of the end of 2022, Hubin District has a resident population of 327,600 people; as of June 2023, Hubin District under the jurisdiction of seven streets, three townships; district government stationed in Sanmenxia City, Hubin District, Heti North Road. Hubin District is China's excellent tourist city, national garden city, national "double embrace" model city, national greening model unit. In 2022, Hubin District completed the gross regional product of 33.2459 billion yuan, an increase of 4.2% over the previous year. Among them: primary industry added value of 698.13 million yuan, an increase of 4.8%; secondary industry added value of 13.56786 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3%; tertiary industry added value of 18.97991 billion yuan, an increase of 2.1%.
