Shancheng District, located in the north-central part of Hebi City, Henan Province, is situated at the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains, with Qibin District to the south, Anyang City, a national historical and cultural city, to the north, and Tangyin County to the east, with a total area of 197 square kilometers, and a resident population of 155,449 according to the Seventh Population Census as of 00:00, November 1, 2020, in Shancheng District.
