Anping Town, belonging to Xianghe County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwestern part of Xianghe County, east of Shuyang Town and Pincer Tun Town, bordering Tianjin City in the south, and neighboring Beijing City in the west and north, with an area of 33.52 square kilometers, and a household population of 35,005 as of 2018. In 1962, 8 natural villages were set aside from Xianghe Chengguan Commune to establish Anping Commune.In March 1983, it was changed to Anping Town.In March 1996, Wangjia Pendulum Township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Anping Town has 4 communities and 29 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. In 2018, there are 195 industrial enterprises in Anping Township, of which 31 are above scale, and there are 30 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
