Cascade River Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Xushui District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwestern part of Xushui District, 20 kilometers from the city in the southeast, adjacent to Yixian and Dingxing in the northwest, bordering with Toumu Township in the east and northeast, Suicheng Township in the southeast, Dawangdian Township in the south, Dongkusan Township in the west, and Yidu Township in Yixian County in the north. The jurisdiction has a maximum distance of 8.2 kilometers from east to west and 8.5 kilometers from north to south, with a total area of 33.58 square kilometers.At the end of 2018, Cascade River Township had a total household population of 16,938. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, Cascade River Township belonged to the Northwest Road, and at the end of the Qing Dynasty, Fan Village Society was set up.
