Yixian County, belonging to Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Baoding City, at the eastern foot of the northern end of the Taihang Mountains. The geographical coordinates are 114°51'-115°37' east longitude and 39°02'-39°35' north latitude. It is adjacent to Dingxing County in the southeast, Xushui District in the south, Mancheng District and Shunping County in the southwest, Laiyuan County in the west and Laishui County in the north. The total area under its jurisdiction is 2,534 square kilometers.In 2021, Yixian had a resident population of 501,681.
