Tian'e County, belonging to Hechi City of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, upstream of the Hongshui River. The county is about 77 kilometers long from east to west and 95 kilometers wide from north to south. The total area is 3,196 square kilometers. Tian'e County is a national, Guangxi forestry key counties, in 2011 the county forest area of 229,000 hectares, the forest coverage rate of 82.6%, known as the "Forest Kingdom", "Green Treasure Trove", known as the wild plant and animal resources of a wide range of species; Hongshui River flowing through the county 112 kilometers, water resources accounted for 45% of the total reserves of the Hongshui River Basin. Within the territory of Tian'e County is the Longtan Hydropower Station, the second largest hydropower station in China. There are also natural landscapes such as Jurong Grand Canyon National Forest Park, Jurong Grand Canyon, Dashan Primitive Forest, etc. It is also an old revolutionary base, with three martyrs' memorial towers in the county, and humanistic landscapes such as Lahao Rock, Rhinoceros Springs, Pima Peak, and Jiguan Mountain. Tian'e County is rich in oleaginous tree, golden flower tea, six-painted mountain chicken, red water river fish, ganoderma lucidum, bamboo fungus, pearl plums and other specialties, and it is famous as the "hometown of China's mountain chicken", "hometown of China's oleaginous tree" and "hometown of China's golden flower tea". "On January 25, 2019, it was selected as the 2018 National Safe Agricultural Machinery Demonstration County. In March 2019, it was selected into the first batch of revolutionary cultural relics protection and utilization piece area county list. on April 24, 2019, the people's government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region replied and agreed that Tian'e County was lifted out of poverty. In 2022, Tian'e's gross domestic product will be 7.596 billion yuan, an increase of 9.1% over the previous year at comparable prices.
