Qingcheng County, belonging to Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Gansu Province, in the middle and upper reaches of the Malian River, neighboring Heshui in the east, bordering the Pu River and Zhenyuan County in the west, adjoining Xifeng District in the south, and bordering with Huanxian County and Huachi in the north.
