Langqi Town, belonging to Mawei District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, is located at the mouth of the Min River in Fujian Province. It is separated from the Matsu Islands by the sea in the east; it is surrounded by the river on three other sides: in the north, it is confronted by Rough Reed Island and Hujiang Island in Lianjiang County; in the west, it is adjacent to Tingjiang Town in Mawei District, Fuzhou; in the south, it is bordered by Fujizhou Island in Fuqi Village, Changle District, and is separated by the river from Tantou Town and Meihua Town.
