Cha Ling Town is subordinate to Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, located in the central part of Huaining County, neighboring Liangting Township in the east, depending on Xiushan Township in the west, adjoining with Yue Shan Township and Shijing Township in the south, and bordering with Gaohe Township in the north.
