Xiushan Township, belonging to Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, is located in the central part of Huaining County, bordering Gaohe Township in the east, Shijiang Township and Huangdun Township in the south, Gongling Township in the west, Mamiao Township in the north, and 25 kilometers away from the urban area of Anqing City in the east, with a total area of 41.94 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Xiushan Township has a household population of 23,110. At the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China, it belonged to the townships of Yinwan, Xinmin, and Zhawan in Gaohe District; in 1984, it was changed to Xiushan Township. As of June 2020, Xiushan Township has 1 community and 7 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township people's government stationed in the Banba community.
