Sertili Township, belonging to Kashgar area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Yingjisha County, is located in the northern part of Yingjisha County, east of Yingyir Township, south of Mangxin Township, west of Qiaolpan Township, north of the border with Shule County, 10 kilometers away from the county town of Yingjisha, with a total area of 104.51 square kilometers.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), when Yingjisha set up the county, Sertili and Shule County Aizhimudong Township under the jurisdiction of Suhuluk and other places for a Yurixi; in August 1984, it was changed from Sertili Commune to Sertili Township. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Sertili Township was 11,904.In 2019, Sertili Township has 10 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's government is located in Kant Aizhik Village.
