Beizhakou Town, belonging to Tianjin Jinnan District, is located in the central part of Jinnan District, east of Shuangqiaoxianghe Town Xiaoyingpan Village, south of Xiaoshan Station Town Chuanzhiying and Beihu Village, west of Baliutai Town Baliutai Village, Panjiawa Village and Zhongyixinzhuang Village, north of Dagu Sewerage River and Hanshigu Town Zhouxinzhuang, Tudaogou Village, the town's administrative area of 36.5 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Beizhakou Town had a household population of 35,945.
In 1983, the administrative committee of Beizhakou People's Commune and the township people's government were restored and rebuilt.In April 1984, Beizhakou People's Commune was abolished and renamed Beizhakou Township.In December 1997, Jinnan District implemented the abolition of townships to build townships, and Beizhakou Township was renamed as a town. As of June 2020, Beizhakou Township has 8 communities and 19 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is located in Beizhakou Village.
In 2016, Beizhakou Township realized a third-level financial income of 551 million yuan, and fixed asset investment (on the ground caliber) of 5.837 billion yuan. As of the end of 2019, Beizhakou Town has 523 industrial enterprises, including 66 industrial enterprises above scale, and 60 supermarkets or general stores with business area over 50 square meters.
