Leizhi Town, belonging to Xiajin County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the northeastern part of Xiajin County, connected to Pingyuan County in the east, Gaotang County in the southeast, neighboring East Liguantun Town in the south, neighboring Suliuzhuang Town in the southwest and west, and connecting Wucheng County in the northwest and north, with an area of 90.43 square kilometers of administrative area. As of the end of 2019, the household population of Leiji Town was 41,195.
Prior to 1956, Leizhi was under the jurisdiction of En County; in April 1984, it was changed to Leizhi Township; in April 2000, Leizhi Township merged with Chang'anzhi Township to form Leizhi Town. As of June 2020, Leiji Township has 57 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township's people's government is located at No. 805, Leiji Village.
In 2019, there are 20 industrial enterprises in Lei Ji Township, including 1 above scale, and 59 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
