Dongying District, belongs to Dongying City, Shandong Province. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Dongying. It is located in the northeastern part of Shandong Province, in the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta. Bordering the Bohai Sea in the east, the Yellow River in the west, bordering Guangrao County and Boxing County in the south, and Kenli District in the north.
