Mingli Township (withdrawn), formerly belonging to Baoxing County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, east of Wulong Township and Muping Township, southeast of Lingguan Township, south and west of 402 Square with the Clipper Forestry Bureau, southwest of the Tianquan County border, north of Longdong Township, the township people's government is 17 km from Baoxing County Township, with a total area of 118.68 square kilometers.
In the 18th year of the Republic of China (1929), Mingli Township was set up.In December 2019, Mingli Township was abolished, and the administrative area under it was assigned to the jurisdiction of Wulong Township. As of the end of 2019, Mingli Township had a household population of 1,624; as of June 2020, Mingli Township had 3 administrative villages under its jurisdiction; the township people's government was stationed at No. 42, Heba, Zhuangzi Village.
