Changle Town, belonging to Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is located in the south-central part of Shapotou District, east of Yongkang Town, south of Shouting Water Township, Zhongning County, west of Xiangshan Township, and north of Yingshuiqiao Township, Binhe Township, and Wenchang Township, with an area of 884.81 square kilometers in administrative area.
