Xiazao Town, belonging to Wan'an County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the southwest of Wan'an County, depending on Shaping Town in the east, bordering with Bouncing Front Township in the southeast, connecting with Shadi Township of Ganxian County District in the south, bordering with Daping Township of Nankang District in the northwest, and neighboring with Towel Stone Township of Suichuan County in the north. The town has a total area of 106 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of Xiazao, Baiyan, Shangzao, Liuyuan, Hengjiang, Huangzhu 6 administrative villages and 1 community, a total of 90 villager groups.At the end of 2020, the town of Xiazao has a household population of 15,713 people.
