Xingning Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Zixing City, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, is located in the central part of Zixing City, connected with Qingwai Township and Zhumensi Township in the east, adjacent to Bailang Township and Swan Mountain National Forest Park in the south, bordering with Dongjiang Street and Sandu Township in the west, and bordering with Unity Yao Ethnicity Township and Boshui Township in the north.
