Xinhe County, part of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the Heilonggang basin. East and Hengshui City, Jizhou District border, south and Nangong City, Julu County connected to the west and Ningjin County neighboring, is the periphery of the Beijing-Tianjin, Bohai Economic Circle. Xinhe has a long history of outstanding people. In the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, Tang Yang County, the Northern Song Dynasty Huangyou four years (1052 AD) began to call Xinhe County.
