Guye District, belonging to Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the eastern part of Tangshan City, is one of the seven urban areas in Tangshan City. Located in the heart of the Bohai Sea, it has a total area of 248 square kilometers. As of October 2022, Guye District has five streets, three townships, and two towns under its jurisdiction. According to the seventh national census data, as of 00:00 on November 1, 2020, the resident population was 317,932 people. Guye built the district according to the mine, due to coal and rise, the Shang Dynasty belonged to the Lone Bamboo State, in 1995, the East Mining District was renamed Guye District. In 2021, the GDP of Guye District will grow by 9.8%, and the value-added of regulated industry will grow by 8.1%. Total retail sales of consumer goods will grow by 5.8%, and general public budget revenue will grow by 5%.
